I have over 15 years combined experience as a track athlete and a coach. I have been a strength and speed coach for the last 9 years, 6 of which were at the collegiate level.
I’ve coached hundreds of athletes and I want to provide you with a winning strength training program at an affordable price.
Strength training programs like the one I created for the 2013 WSFL Championship Football Team – that season alone 17 athletes signed NCAA D1!
I have a winning model – and it won’t cost you or your family thousands of dollars to train.
With over a decade of experience as a coach and athlete, I’ve developed a program that has been tested and proven to achieve coveted results such as strength, power and speed. Results that have helped dozens of college and amateur athletes. My program structure is designed to minimize injury and maximize recovery.
How is this possible?
By creating a COMPREHENSIVE training program. This program is now available to you online through my easy-to-access mobile app.
The complete human performance program is broken up into specific goals achieved over successive 4-week blocks called mesocycles.
Each mesocycle is designed to be successive to the last. In this way, the skills being taught in each phase progressively build on one another until you achieve the most technical level of mastery.

WHAT YOU GET
A new workout program each month.
Each program is slightly harder than the last, building upon strength and skill sets in a programmed manner for long-term success! Workouts are rolled out in 4-week phases called mesocycles. The number of mesocycles in each program will depend on your sport package and the season. Those details are listed on the sales page of each program.
In-App Exercise Videos
Each exercise has an associate video demonstration and description of form. The app has a compare feature for self-guided clients. 1-1 coaching clients can send and receive video feedback on exercises from their coach.
A Customizable Macronutrient Plan
Each phase comes with a spreadsheet to help you calculate your customized macros. Along with this is a food list and sample nutrient timing schedules to help you optimize your nutrition and your performance.
In-App Habit Tracking
Habit tracking is now available in our app and easily provides you with daily or weekly reminders of small habits that add up to big changes over time!
Free support knowledge base
A free knowledge base is available for training questions, trouble shooting the app and basic weight room 101.
Weekly Email Check-In From Your Coach
Each week your coach will email you new goals and focus points for the week. This will help guide your training and give you one task to improve or master each week.

As a former NCAA DII track athlete I have personally experienced what it takes to achieve performance driven results. I supplemented that experience with rigorous academic work in pre-medicine (B.Sc.) and Kinesiology (M.Sc.) studies and am a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
12 Week Pre-Paid packages have a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel within 7 days you will be billed the full amount.
Monthly coaching clients can cancel at any time for any reason. Simply tell your coach you’re ready to cancel.
Self-guided programs are paid in full and range from $179 to $297 depending on the length and details included in the program.
Once you have successfully completed a level, you will be invited via email to advance to the next level of training. If you decide to continue you will pay for the next level at that time.
One-on-One Coaching Clients: $297/mo.
Clients are enrolled in subscription that renews every month. A specific program is designed for the client after determining client goals, training level, and facility access.
Subscriptions and payments are handled securely through PayPal. The program can be cancelled at any time.
1-1 Coaching Clients can get feedback in four ways:
- Exchanging messages or video messages with your coach
- Chatting live with your coach
- Speaking over the phone with your coach*
- Video conferencing with your coach*
You can use different ways at different times as you wish, based on your needs, availability, and convenience. All these four methods are included in the 1-1 coaching membership program. You will pre-schedule a time to communicate with your coach. The time for phone or video calls is limited to 15 minutes per day, M-F.
You will receive a welcome email series with information on how to log into your training app and web portal.
You will also receive a 7-day mini email course guiding you through weight room 101. This course will give you an introduction to the Engard Method as well as training theory, application and program expectations.
If you are a one-on-one coaching client you will also be invited to schedule your first virtual meeting with your coach.
You are not limited in the number of messages and sessions you can have with your coach.
The frequency of your sessions would vary based on scheduling availability and the type of interaction between you and your coach. For example, some people have a few short interactions via text message every week, while others may prefer to have a 15 minute daily phone call.
Your choice of communication is also likely to change over time. You may use the service extensively during the first few weeks until you are familiar with the program and then not as frequently as you become more versed in training.
