Fascial Stretch Therapy

Fascial Stretch Therapy (or FST), a type of stretching that targets not only the muscles, but the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds muscles, bones, and joints. FST also targets the entire joint and joint capsule, using traction to remove restrictions from movement

Deep Muscle Therapy.

Deep muscle therapy aims to relieve the chronic tension throughout the muscles and fiberous tissues within the body. The theory behind this type of massage is that when chronic knots (also referred to as adhesions) exist within the deep muscle tissues, the joints or body regions can become misaligned. DMT known to greatly increase flexibility, range of motion, and in some cases posture.

As a former JUCO football athlete, Kyle knows first hand how important recovery therapy is to performance driven results.

Kyle is licenced in Nevada and Arizona. He enjoys helping people feel better and educating clients on simple solutions that can help improve posture and mobility.

“My goal is to work with athletes and clients to them back to feeling and moving at 100%.”
