DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEEDS OF ‘OLDER ATHLETES’ LIKE YOU, OUR PROGRAMS ADDRESS GENERAL FITNESS FOR CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH, MOBILITY AND STABILITY TO REGAIN BODY CONTROL, AND STRUCTURED STRENGTH AND POWER DEVELOPMENT.

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? 

By creating a 1-year long COMPREHENSIVE training program, broken into four 90-day periods and covering performance metrics in FIVE different domains. 

The complete human performance program is broken up into specific goals achieved over 12-week blocks (90 days each).

Each 12-week block is designed to be successive to the last. In this way, the skills being taught in each phase progressively build on one another until you achieve the most technical level of mastery.
