Here's how it works
Your first consultation is free. During this free consultation your coach will evaluate your posture, movement, biometrics like weight and body fat, and discuss prior injuries or limitations you may have.
Your coach will then work with you to create an action plan to systematically improve any posture or movement deficits identified in your screening, and help you create a weekly schedule that will maximize your performance outcomes.

Since 2008, Engard Athletics has provided quality, evidence-based training to hundreds of clients and athletes in the Valley of the Sun. Now, utilizing advanced training techniques and challenging the fitness industry, I’m bringing you an elite performance level experience!
As a former NCAA DII track athlete I have personally experienced what it takes to achieve performance driven results. I supplemented that experience with rigorous academic work in pre-medicine (B.Sc.) and Kinesiology (M.Sc.) studies and am a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).
I’ve developed a hybrid training system that allows clients and athletes to have extended guidance, support and additional training outside of the gym session. This is a critical factor to keep you on track and focused on achieving both short term and long-term goals!
ENG training programs include movement prep, periodized strength training, recovery therapy, performance nutrition plans and motivational strategies that optimize performance outcomes.

I have over 15 years combined experience as a track athlete and a coach. I have been a strength and speed coach for the last 10 years, 6 of which were at the collegiate level and most recently worked as assistant strength coach for the Arizona Hotshots of the AAF.
I’ve coached hundreds of clients and athletes and I want to provide you with a winning strength training program at an affordable price.
