With over a decade of experience as a coach and athlete, I have developed a training system that has been tested and proven in the college setting to achieve coveted results such as strength and power.

 

More importantly, my program showed a reduced injury rate among the athletes who participated.

 

My system has helped dozens of college and amateur athletes optimize their training.

 

Now, I’m bringing this system to you in a unique hybrid gym experience.

 

DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEEDS OF ‘OLDER ATHLETES’ LIKE YOU, OUR PROGRAMS ADDRESS GENERAL FITNESS FOR CARDIOVASCULAR HEALTH, MOBILITY AND STABILITY TO REGAIN BODY CONTROL, AND STRUCTURED STRENGTH AND POWER DEVELOPMENT.

HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? 

By creating a 1-year long COMPREHENSIVE training program, broken into four 90-day periods and covering performance metrics in FIVE different domains. 

The complete human performance program is broken up into specific goals achieved over 12-week blocks (90 days each).

 

Each 12-week block is designed to be successive to the last. In this way, the skills being taught in each phase progressively build on one another until you achieve the most technical level of mastery.

FEATURES

A new workout program each month.  

Each program is slightly harder than the last, building upon strength and skill sets in a programmed manner for long-term success! Workouts are rolled out in 4-week phases called mesocycles.  The number of mesocycles in each program will  depend on your sport package and the season. Those details are listed on the sales page of each program.

In-App Exercise Videos

Each exercise has an associate video demonstration and description of form. The app has a compare feature for self-guided clients.  1-1 coaching clients can send and receive video feedback on exercises from their coach.

A Customizable Macronutrient Plan 

Each phase comes with a spreadsheet to help you calculate your customized macros.  Along with this is a food list and sample nutrient timing schedules to help you optimize your nutrition and your performance.

In-App Habit Tracking

Habit tracking is now available in our app and easily provides you with daily or weekly reminders of small habits that add up to big changes over time!

Free support knowledge base 

A free knowledge base is available for training questions, trouble shooting the app and basic weight room 101.

Weekly Email Check-In From Your Coach 

Each week your coach will email you new goals and focus points for the week.  This will help guide your training and give you one task to improve or master each week.

Facebook Group Support

Access to a private Facebook group for support, accountability, and community.  You have people in your corner!

M.Sc. Human Movement, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist

As a former NCAA DII track athlete I have personally experienced what it takes to achieve performance driven results.  I supplemented that experience with rigorous academic work in pre-medicine (B.Sc.) and Kinesiology (M.Sc.) studies and am a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS).

12 Month contracts

Auto billing can be paused for up to 3 months in one contract period, in the event of an injury with a doctors note or pregnancy.

6 Month Contracts 

Auto billing can be paused for up to 2 months in one contract period,  in the event of an injury with a doctors note or pregnancy.

Month-to-Month

Month-to-Month clients can cancel at any time for any reason.  Simply tell your coach you’re ready to cancel.

12 and 6 month contract payments are auto billed each month.  All subscriptions and payments are handled securely through PayPal or Square.

 

Month-to-Month clients may pay by cash, check or card.

12-month and 6-month contracts: 

12 pre-scheduled group sessions each month. These sessions are use-it-or-lose-it.  If you miss your training, you cannot reschedule it.  You are paying a significantly discounted group rate and are expected to attend.

Month to Month Clients

8 and 12 session packages are available.  These sessions CAN be made up/rescheduled within the same billing cycle.  All sessions are paid up front for the 30-day billing period (termed “month”).
