A new workout program each month.
Each program is slightly harder than the last, building upon strength and skill sets in a programmed manner for long-term success! Each program includes 2 to 3 days of strength training and 2 to 3 days of conditioning. The amount and duration of each depends on your training level.
In-App Exercise Videos
Each exercise has an associate video demonstration and description of form. The app has a compare feature for self-guided clients. 1-1 coaching clients can send and receive video feedback on exercises from their coach.
A Customizable Macronutrient Plan

Pre-Screening & Registration
Take the assessment below and register for the recommended program.
Coaching Call & Placement
You will be invited to book a coaching call at your earliest convienence. Your coach will make sure you are registered for the right program.
Sunday Start Dates
Once you have completed online forms and pre-assessments, you will be enrolled in the appropriate program. Programs begin each week on Sunday evening.
How is this possible?
By creating a 1-year long COMPREHENSIVE training program, broken into four 90-day periods and covering performance metrics in FIVE different domains.
The complete human performance program is broken up into specific goals achieved over 12-week blocks (90 days each).
Each 12-week block is designed to be successive to the last. In this way, the skills being taught in each phase progressively build on one another until you achieve the most technical level of mastery.
I believe in building a solid foundation first, that’s why I’ve dedicated an entire 12-weeks toward re-training movement, stability, and mobility in Domain 1.
HP90 helps former athletes reconnect with their athletic-self by optimizing performance, minimizing injury and maximizing recovery.

IMPORTANT: Once you sign up you will be invited to book your FREE Consultation. Ideally you should book your first consultation within the first 7-days (the free on boarding period). If you do not book your consultation or do not attend your consultation, you CAN NOT be enrolled in the program.
Ongoing emails will help guide you to getting the most out of your experience. This includes a 7-day mini email course guiding you through weight room 101. This course will give you an introduction to the Engard Method as well as training theory, application and program expectations.
Once you sign up you will be invited to book a FREE Initial Consultation and placement assessment with your coach. Ongoing communication is available in the following ways:
- Exchanging messages with your HP90 group in the app.
- Facebook Group where you will find training tips and weekly live Q & As.
Additional consultations can be booked for a fee. Go HERE to book additional appointments.
HP90 packages have a 7-day free trial, during which time you will complete a placement assessments and speak with your coach to verify enrollment in the appropriate 90-day program.
If you do not complete your assessment you cannot be placed in a program. You will be billed the full amount of $90 on DAY 8 of enrollment.
You must cancel within the free 7 day on boarding period. After 7 days you will be billed the full amount.
