  • Strengthening for the Meniscus
  • Lateral Knee Pain
  • Chronic Ankle Instability
  • Ankle Impingement Syndromes
  • Achilles Tendonitis

This course is not intended to replace physical therapy.  If you are injured you should seek professional advisement.  I’d be happy to refer you to one of our affiliated therapists.  This is a preventive therapy class for people with prior injuries who HAVE BEEN CLEARD to return to training by a physical therapist and who need to continue a maintenance routine to prevent recurrence.
