TGR is designed to apply specific corrective exercises for nagging and reoccurring injuries, strains, or just tight/over used muscles. This group class starts off with 20 minutes of specific mobility and trigger point therapy, followed by 20 minutes of activation series, and finishes with 20 minutes of strength and stability to retrain proper movement patterns to prevent reoccurrence or future injury.
